Dear Members,

The Committee of CSI Hyderabad Chapter has decided to invite you for the AGM to be held on Sunday, 20th Sept 2009 at 11:00 AM., at the CSI Chapter premises.

Agenda

1. Chairman's Welcome and bringing the meeting to order
2. To Confirm the minutes of Annual General Meeting 2008.
3. To receive and adopt the Accounts and Auditors report for the year 2008-09
4. To receive and adopt the Annual Report for the year 2008-09.
5. To appoint the auditors for the year 2009-10.
6. Report by the nomination committee chairman and introduction to/from the new committee.
7. Takeover by the new committee.
8. Any other business with the permission of the chair

You are requested to participate in the active role in your chapter's activity make it more visible and reinstate the presence. About CSI:

Formed in 1965, the CSI has been instrumental in guiding the Indian IT industry down the right path during its formative years.

Today, the CSI has 66 chapters all over India, 381 student branches, and more than 40,000 members.
